PunjabiRishtey Wedding Planner

Plan Your Shaadi. Manage Your Guests. Enjoy Your Big Day.

An Indian wedding is never one event. It is the roka, the mehndi, the haldi, the sangeet, the anand karaj and the reception — and a guest list that grows every time a relative calls. We are bringing an all-in-one wedding planning experience to PunjabiRishtey so the whole family can manage it from one simple place.

Everything in one place

Built for the way Indian weddings actually happen

From the first shagun to the last farewell, every part of the shaadi handled without registers, loose notes and endless phone calls.

Wedding Checklist & Timeline

A shaadi timeline that starts from the roka and runs to the vidaai, with every task dated so nothing is remembered at the last minute.

Budget & Expense Tracking

Set a budget in rupees, record every advance paid to the halwai, decorator and band, and see what is left before the next booking is confirmed.

Guest List & RSVP

One guest list for both sides of the family, with head counts per function so the caterer gets an honest number instead of a guess.

WhatsApp Guest Invitations

Send the invitation card and function details on WhatsApp, the way Indian families actually invite, and track who has opened and replied.

Mehndi, Haldi, Sangeet & Wedding Events

Every function gets its own page — timings, venue, dress code and guest list for the mehndi, haldi, sangeet, anand karaj, phere and reception.

Seating & Table Planning

Arrange tables so the mama-mami, the nanke and the boy’s side all sit where they should, and print the plan for the banquet manager.

Personal Wedding Website

A shareable shaadi website with your story, the function schedule, venue maps and a photo gallery, ready in minutes.

Wedding QR Code for Guests

One QR code on the card. Guests scan it to see timings, directions, RSVP and the live photo album — no app to install.

Family & Wedding-Team Collaboration

Give the bhua, the brothers and the wedding planner their own access so tasks move without twenty phone calls a day.

Wedding Photos & Memories

A shared album where relatives upload their phone photos from every function, so the memories are not scattered across ten chat groups.

Vendor Management

Keep the caterer, decorator, pandit, makeup artist, photographer and DJ in one place with quotes, contacts and payment status.

Wedding planner questions families ask

What is the PunjabiRishtey Wedding Planner?+

It is an all-in-one Indian wedding planning tool being built into PunjabiRishtey. One place for the shaadi checklist, budget, guest list, RSVPs, function-wise events, seating, vendors and photos, so the whole family works from the same page instead of ten different WhatsApp groups.

When is the wedding planner launching?+

It is in development now and rolling out to registered PunjabiRishtey members first. Create your free account and you will be told the day it goes live, before it is opened to everyone else.

Will the wedding planner be free?+

The core planning tools — checklist, budget, guest list, RSVP and events — will be free for registered members, in the same way profile browsing on PunjabiRishtey is free.

Does it cover Punjabi and Sikh wedding functions?+

Yes. The event templates are built around Indian weddings as they are actually held: roka, kurmai, mehndi, haldi, chooda and jago, sangeet, anand karaj or phere, reception and vidaai. You can add or remove any function.

Can I invite guests on WhatsApp instead of printing cards?+

You will be able to do both. Send the digital card and function details on WhatsApp, track replies, and still print the physical cards for elders who prefer them.

Can relatives and my wedding planner help manage everything?+

Yes. You can invite family members and your professional wedding planner with their own access, so tasks, budgets and guest counts stay updated by the people handling them.

Does it work for NRI families planning a wedding in India?+

That is a large part of why it is being built. Families in Canada, the UK, the USA and Australia can plan a wedding in Punjab together with relatives in India, share the timeline and track vendor payments across time zones.

Your Shaadi. Your Family. One Simple Place.
